Alaska 1795 is a brand owned and operated by Everhunt AB.

1) Ordering

Once you have completed your order we will send the order confirmation by email. The order confirmation will be delivered to email address you have entered in the checkout.

Orders made without person's consent will be reported to authorities.

2) Payment

We use Kustom Checkout as the checkout solution in our online store. Kustom Checkout is provided by Kustom AB and is an independent checkout solution that allows you to choose between different payment methods.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly. Instead, Kustom provides the checkout functionality and displays the payment options available for your purchase.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and the payment service providers associated with each payment method, such as Klarna.

By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Kustom's Terms of Use, and acknowledge that you have read Kustom's Privacy Policy.

Available Payment Methods

Kustom Checkout displays the payment methods available for your purchase. The available options may vary depending on your country, order value and other conditions.

Depending on availability, you can choose from the following payment methods:

• Card Payment – pay securely using Visa or Mastercard.
• Klarna – choose to pay now, pay later or split your payment into instalments, depending on the Klarna options available for your purchase.
• PayPal – pay conveniently using PayPal, subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.
• Wero (Netherlands only) – pay using Wero, subject to availability and the applicable payment terms.

All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Paying with Klarna

When you select Klarna as your payment method, your payment is handled by Klarna Bank AB in accordance with Klarna's terms and conditions.

Depending on availability, you may be able to pay immediately, pay by invoice or split your payment into instalments.

Klarna is responsible for any applicable credit assessments, invoicing and payment terms associated with its services.

Credit Checks

Kustom does not carry out credit checks. Depending on your chosen payment method, the relevant payment service provider may perform a credit assessment.

Any credit checks and credit terms are handled by the respective payment service provider in accordance with its terms and privacy information.

Secure Payments

Payments made through Kustom Checkout are securely processed through Stripe and the payment service providers associated with the available payment methods.

Card details are processed using encryption and in accordance with applicable security standards. Kustom does not store your card details.

3) Prices

All prices shown on website include VAT. If the order is sent outside the EU, duties and taxes might be added by local customs. Everhunt AB is not responsible of such costs. Everhunt AB cancels the orders with incorrect prices or pricing mistakes.

As a rule, discount codes are valid for only one purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. We ask that you check that the price is correct before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to deny purchase or cancel orders in the event of misuse or incorrect information of any kind, payment problems or inappropriate use of discount codes.

4) Product information

Everhunt has the right to change product information or prices without notice and is not responsible of wrong information shown on the website. Orders placed with incorrect prices will be cancelled and refunded to customers. Available product information reflects the actual product as much as possible. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact our customer service.

5) Deliveries

Shipping is free for orders of 100€ or over. A shipping fee of 6,90€, including VAT, will be charged for orders under 100€.

The normal delivery time is 2-6 days following dispatch of the product from our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link once the order has left the warehouse.

Deviations may occur. Everhunt cannot be held responsible for delivering products that are temporarily out of stock or no longer stocked. The shipping fee will always be shown in your shopping basket.

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As the customer, you are nevertheless entitled to cancel your purchase in the event of major delivery delays.

6) Returns and complaints

We hope you will like the products you ordered from us but if something isn't quite right Everhunt offers a return option within 30 days from purchase. Check the received products to verify products are not damaged. Any damages or missing products should be reported to our customer service within 30 days.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. (Note: please protect the box with another one or a plastic bag, shipping labels etc cannot be attached to the shoe box directly).

Hygiene products like underwear can not be returned.

If you return a product that came with a free gift, please also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund provided to you.
Naturally, any faulty items can not be returned. Any faulty items that are not in original condition and suitable for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. This will take one to three weeks.
In case of exchange, please return the products you wish and make another order for another size, style or color from our web shop.
Alaska1795 products have 12 months warranty that cover fabric or manufacturing defects.

Uncollected package

For shipments that are not collected within the specified time, we charge a handling fee of 6,90€.
