Ordering

Once you have completed your order we will send the order confirmation by email. The order confirmation will be delivered to email address you have entered in the checkout. Alaska Brands cancels the orders with incorrect prices.

Orders made without person's consent will be reported to authorities.

Payment methods

You may pay using Shopify credit card, Klarna or PayPal. Available payment options may vary between different countries. Shopify Payments, Klarna and PayPal are the payment providers. Alaska Brands doesn't store any credit card data.

Prices

All prices shown on website include VAT. If the order is sent outside the EU, duties and taxes might be added by local customs. Alaska Brands is no responsible of such costs.

Product information

Alaska Brands has the right to change product information or prices without notice and is not responsible of wrong information shown on the website. Orders placed with incorrect prices will be cancelled and refunded to customers. Available product information reflects the actual product as much as possible. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact our customer service.

 

Deliveries

UPS Standard

Home delivery with the possibility to reroute parcel to Access Point- pick up point.

UPS will send you a text message before the shipment and give you the possibility to reroute the parcel to an Access Point -pick up point. If there is no Access Point pick up- point near you, shipment will be delivered directly to the given address (home or work).

Delivery times (business days, from shipping day)

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden – 1-2 days

Germany, Poland – 3 days

Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands – 4 days

Rest of European countries - 4-6 days

UPS Standard includes door to door tracking and possibility to reroute one day before the delivery on the UPS MyChoice- app.

 

UPS Express

Home delivery with the possibility to reroute parcel to Access Point- pick up point.

UPS will send you a text message before the shipment and give you the possibility to reroute the parcel to an Access Point -pick up point. If there is no Access Point pick up- point near you, shipment will be delivered directly to the given address (home or work).

Delivery time 1-2 days (remote areas might add extra day).

UPS Express Saver includes door to door tracking and possibility to reroute one day before the delivery on the UPS MyChoice- app.

 

Returns and complaints

We hope you will like the products you ordered from us but if something isn't quite right Alaska1795 offers a return option within 30 days from purchase. Check the received products to verify products are not damaged. Any damages or missing products should be reported to our customer service within 30 days.

  • Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. (Note: please protect the box with another one or a plastic bag, shipping labels etc cannot be attached to the shoe box directly).
  • Hygiene products like underwear and base layers can not be returned.
  • If you return a product that came with a free gift, please also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund provided to you.
  • Naturally, any faulty items can not be returned. Any faulty items that are not in original condition and suitable for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
  • Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. This will take one to three weeks.
  • In case of exchange, please return the products you wish and make another order for another size, style or color from our web shop. 
  • If you are returning the entire order, the handling fee for the return, depending on your location, is 7.90€ - 9.90€, which will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer upon the return..
  • Alaska1795 products have 12 months warranty that cover fabric or manufacturing defects.

 UPS returns:

  • Please track your original shipment tracking code (starting 1Z..) at www.ups.com and select “return this parcel”.
  • Select the reason for the return and press “Submit”.
  • After that you can select the most suitable way to print out the return label.
  • Attach the return label carefully to your shipment (with proper tape for example).
  • Please drop the return shipment to UPS Access Point or order a pick up from your local UPS. If you choose a mobile bar code, UPS Access Point can print out the label for you (not available in all countries).
  • Please make sure to pack your packing slip along with the items you wish to return. If you have lost the packing slip, you can attach a note with your name and order confirmation number instead.

     

    Uncollected package

    For shipments that are not collected within the specified time, we charge a handling fee of €6.90.
