What is the difference between different hunting suits?

How do I choose the right size?
On each product's page, above the "Add to Cart" button, there is a small "Size Chart" text. By clicking this, a size chart and instructions for measuring your size will appear.
If you're unsure about the size of the product, we recommend choosing the larger size if you are between two options. Our products are designed for active outdoor use and movement, so it’s good to ensure freedom of movement and the possibility for layering when selecting a size.
 
Discount Codes
A discount or campaign code is a word or string of characters defined by Alaska1795, which gives you a discount on your order. Enter the discount code you received in the designated field at checkout, exactly as it was provided. Then press the "Apply" button, and the discount will appear at checkout.
The validity of campaign codes is mentioned in each campaign's details, and the offer can only be used during the campaign period. Only one campaign code can be used per order. The campaign benefit cannot be added to the order afterward, and it cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise mentioned.

 

Orders

How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. If the order confirmation hasn’t arrived in your email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service.

The payment went through, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
After completing the order, we will send you an order confirmation once payment is completed. If you haven’t received the order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting customer service.

I already placed my order. How do I cancel or make changes to it?
Our order delivery process is largely automated. As a result, once you’ve placed the order and received the order confirmation, unfortunately, no changes can be made. You can return incorrectly ordered items within 30 days of the order or place a new order if something was missing. Please ensure that your details and address are correct before sending the order.

Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are credit card, and online banking payments. Payments are processed through Klarna and Paytrail.
 
Questions about Klarna
Klarna is the credit provider for invoices. Together with Klarna AB, we offer payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna.

Where can I find my invoice (Klarna)?
The invoice will be sent to you via email upon delivery. After we’ve shipped your order, you will receive the invoice via the email you provided when placing the order. You can also find your Klarna invoice by logging into Klarna’s customer portal.
 
I have a question about my invoice, where can I get help?

I want to change the due date of the invoice.
For any invoice-related issues, you can contact Klarna directly.
 
My invoice is due, but the return hasn’t been processed yet. What should I do?
As the due date approaches, it’s a good idea to notify Klarna about the return. If we receive the return before the Klarna invoice due date, you won’t need to pay the invoice. If you’re returning only part of your order, we will adjust your invoice for the returned items. The updated invoice can be found in Klarna’s customer portal.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We deliver orders via UPS. You can choose home delivery or pickup.
 
How quickly will I receive my package?
UPS standrad delivery times (business days, from shipping day):
 
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden – 1-2 days
Germany, Poland – 3 days
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands – 4 days
Rest of European countries - 4-6 days
 
Can I change the pickup point/delivery address afterward?
UPS will send you a text message before the shipment and give you the possibility to reroute the parcel to an Access Point -pick up point. If there is no Access Point pick up- point near you, shipment will be delivered directly to the given address (home or work).

Clothing Care Instructions

We focus on high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. The lifespan of our products is aimed at 1-5 years, depending on the purpose and method of use. Washing instructions can be found on the care labels attached to the products.

Complaints

All Alaska 1795 brand products come with a 12-month material and workmanship defect warranty.
