Returns

We hope you will like the products you ordered from us but if something isn't quite right Alaska1795 offers a return option within 30 days from purchase. Check the received products to verify products are not damaged. Any damages or missing products should be reported to our customer service within 30 days.

Return Instructions:

  • Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. (Note: please protect the box with another one or a plastic bag, shipping labels etc cannot be attached to the shoe box directly).
  • Hygiene products like underwear and base layers can not be returned.
  • If you return a product that came with a free gift, please also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund provided to you.
  • Naturally, any faulty items can not be returned. Any faulty items that are not in original condition and suitable for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
  • Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. This will take one to three weeks.
  • In case of exchange, please return the products you wish and make another order for another size, style or color from our web shop. 
  • If you are returning the entire order, the handling fee for the return, depending on your location, is 7.90€ - 9.90€, which will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer upon the return.
  • Alaska1795 products have 12 months warranty that cover fabric or manufacturing defects.

UPS returns:

  • Please track your original shipment tracking code (starting 1Z..) at www.ups.com and select “return this parcel”.
  • Select the reason for the return and press “Submit”.
  • After that you can select the most suitable way to print out the return label.
  • Attach the return label carefully to your shipment (with proper tape for example).
  • Please drop the return shipment to UPS Access Point or order a pick up from your local UPS. If you choose a mobile bar code, UPS Access Point can print out the label for you (not available in all countries).

Please make sure to pack your packing slip along with the items you wish to return. If you have lost the packing slip, you can attach a note with your name and order confirmation number instead.

Is there a fee for returning items?
Returning an item is free when using the UPS return portal.
If you are returning the entire order, the handling fee for the return, depending on your location, is 7.90€ - 9.90€, which will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer upon the return.

What is the handling fee?
A handling fee is charged for returns to cover the costs of return shipping, processing the return, and restocking the items.
The fee corresponds to the actual costs incurred.

Can I exchange the product I ordered?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only returns. So, if you would like to exchange an item, for example, for a different size, please return the original product and then place a new order for the correct size.

Product exchange - The replacement order has a higher price than my original order.
If the original order had a discount (e.g., a bundle offer or promotion) and you want to exchange, for example, the size of a jacket, we will of course refund the price difference on your new order. Once the new order is placed, send the order number to our customer service, and we will adjust the price afterward to match the original amount you paid.

Have you received my return?
We do not receive real-time updates on the transport status of returns, but you can track the arrival using the tracking number provided by the shipping company.

If you selected invoice payment, Klarna will send an updated invoice to your email.

My invoice due date is approaching, but my return hasn't been processed yet.
If the invoice due date is approaching and the refund hasn't been recorded yet, please notify Klarna customer service or through the app that you have made a return. This will pause the invoice due date until we send updated payment information.

I haven’t received my refund, what should I do?
Your refund will be processed automatically. It may take up to ten days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you have received an automatic notification from us about the refund but still haven’t received the payment, please contact our customer service.

I didn't have time to pick up my package, what should I do?
An uncollected shipment will automatically be returned to us from the pickup point after the deadline. Our warehouse will process this along with other returns, and we will refund the purchase price once the return has been processed. The original order cannot be resent, but you can place a new order through our online store if you wish.
For shipments that are not collected within the specified time, we charge a handling fee of 6.90€ in accordance with our terms.
