Alaska Apex Pro jacket is a year round hunting jacket that will protect you in all wet and windy conditions. A perfect APS 2-layer structure with a smooth lining, to use over a baselayer or to layer on top of an insulation piece for colder days. Fully equipped with chest and hand pockets, ventilation zippers, adjustment systems and a special radio pocket with loop for the antenna on the shoulder. Thanks to the highly breathable membrane the hunter is comfortable in all conditions even during intense walking. PFC free DWR treatment, a more sustainable option for water repellency.

General care instructions for Alaska 1795 clothes:
- Wash the garment only when necessary. Washing too often can cause the garment to wear out. Small dirt stains can be removed by wiping the garment with a damp cloth.
- Close zippers, buttons and Velcro before washing.
- Avoid using fabric softener, especially on membrane clothing.
- Wash new clothes together with clothes of the same color.
- Do not use a tumble dryer unless necessary
Membrane clothing (APS, Rain-Stop)

- Avoid spinning to protect the membrane and taping
- Use a drying cabinet for drying if possible, and this way the water-repellent DWR treatment on the surface of the garment is activated after washing

Same as stated in previous review, but had to take one point of - it is silent until there is a friction between outer and inner layer when stretched (sitting, crouching, backpack straps). Then it squeaks quite loudly. I don't know if this will go away with use, but I guess there must be a compromise for being wind and waterproof.
Silent, feels breathable, fits nice, but still enough room for mid layer. Feels like base layer + jacket will be enough for autumn and spring in central Europe. For summer mornings and evenings could be bit warm. I haven't tried out yet, though...
